Magical !!!

Our family of 4 stayed in this beautiful house in August 2016. What a truly unique experience.We loved every detail and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Listen to music, grab a bottle of wine from one of Stefano's wine selection, and unwind. Stefano and his family were so kind and welcoming. I fell in love with this property in Arezzo. I will definitely go back.

“La descrizione rispecchiava esattamente l'annuncio, anzi, era ancora meglio di quello che ci aspettassimo. Appartamento appena rinnovato, pulito e moderno. Stefano e Lucia ci hanno accolti benissimo e speriamo veramente di poter tornare ad Arezzo per soggiornare in questa magnifica casa. The house was superb, and passed all expectations. It has been recently renovated so the house is practically new, with an old classic taste of a typical italian locanda. Its the perfect mix between tradition and modern design. Everything was clean and fresh. Highly recommended! ”

Arezzo in dieser Stadtwohnung ist doppelt schön !

Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen nett und als Willkommensgruß stand ein großer Obstteller auf dem Tisch. Kaffekapseln usw. sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Besitzer hat diese alte Küche eines gräflichen Haushalts mit viel Geschmack komfortabel und elegant hergerichtet.

Stefano welcomed us to their beautiful inn on a sunny day in Tuscany. The house is an absolute gem. It has been renovated with love and great spirit. The delicious fruit assortment that welcomed us on a hot day was a lovely touch. Living within the walls of this old building it is easy to feel the history of the city and region. The location is perfect for walking to the city's main sites and nearby a delicious family-run trattoria recommended by Stefano. Parking is nearby to the flat and only a 30 minute drive to the stunning town of Anghiari.

“The Locanda Bellavita is an utterly perfect apartment. The property has been loving restored by the host, Stefano, who was immediately helpful, gracious and incredibly welcoming and generous on our arrival. He evidently has a wonderful eye for detail as the apartment has been furnished and decorated in a modern, fresh and stylish manner and remains sympathetic and faithful to the historic building it occupies - the exposed brick and stone work throughout the apartment is a delight. The property was an ideal base as it was easy walking distance to the centre and near the city walls if you have car (parking is not permitted for tourists within the city walls). It's perfect for summer as the rooms stay cool and the kitchen was well equipped and excellent for dining in. I imagine it would be lovely and cozy in winter as there is a huge open fireplace with a comfy living area. I couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough. The apartment is well located near parking in a quiet area, 10m from a great pasticceria. The apartment is the expectation of Tuscany, traditional style but all modern appliances from Internet to music system. Great host with kitchen for breakfast and meals. Stefano provides all the extras.

Siamo stati in questo posto incantevole. una dimora che riporta indietro nel tempo.. Nuovissima e colma di piccoli particolari che la rendono unica nel suo genere. Il proprietario ci ha accolto con molto gentilezza, facendoci sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra.. Ci ha ricevuti offrendoci una bottiglia di prosecco come benvenuto e mettendosi a disposizione per ogni cosa ci potesse servire… Un luogo che consigliamo al mille per mille
